Czech bread

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour ( little bit more on side for board) 1 1/2 cup rye flour 2 tsp salt 2 tsp caraway seeds 9plus more on the topping of bread, I also add sunflowers seed or whats so ever you have and like) 3 tsp yeast 2 cups of whey water Mix all dry ingredients together first, then add water. Mix thoroughly, but not to long. This dough shall stay sticky. Let it in the mixing bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it rest for at least 4h in warm place. Preheat oven to 500F and put the backing sheet/pot in  for a lil bit , then take it out, place the dough in it, but don't forget flouring the bottom of the bread, otherwise it will stick to it and not easy take it out. With wet hands pet just a little bit the top of the bread dough and sprinkle it with caraway seeds. Cove it with lid and bake it for 25min by 500F. Then take the lid off and let it bake for 10-15 more minutes. Let it sit for a while to cool it down. Good appetite ;-) *** I use regula

This homemade milk bread is quick, easy with very simple ingredients,its very fluffy  bread for breakfast or also can be served to any dish. Fresh and yummmi with butter ist just the heaven on your tongue. This recipe is from Precious I’m lately watching on YouTube and learning some absolutely great dishes. This bread reminds me on my Czech sweet small bread called “loupaček” which was the best sweet appetizer ever in my childhood. JOLLOF RICE Jollof Rice it’s very very flavorful and the veggies are so crunchy ones you bite in. It’s really very simple recipe to fallow up on. And it is very important you use mentioned spices!!! As you all knows I'm always interested in new recipes from different countries and this is recipe from Cameroon by Precious Core. The only thing I didn’t today is I left out tomato paste, because didn't one at home. Also I had only minced beef instead beef cubes. Even that, I can say  the outcome is great and I’m very satisfied with my delicious dinner today! The author of this recipe  Precious Core is saying : Jollof  Rice is West Africa’s sweetheart.
