My war with thyroid
That’s My story about thyroid....
Lately I have been questioned from many of you about thyroid issues so I decided share
some information.
I must say I'm the generation of Chernobyl disaster in April 1986 as well, but I'm very healthy kid and can't verified if I got exposed to this tragedy or not. My country never give to us any vitamin supplements, the only think I can remember we got lots of vitamin B prescribed and fish oil, oh lord nasty at that time, but today I love fish oil, can you imagine?
And I feel better without medication, just saying.
Of course I don’t say to you or recommend stop your
medication or stop go to doctors☝I’m me and you’re
you, so not same body or experience.
I just decided change my supplements, food, herbs, more
meditating , body care, self care etc...”ALL IS IN OUR HEAD” most time. Even knowledgeable Buddhists says all is in your head first that's the key to healing.
Ever sins my early age , about 8-10y/o, doctors diagnosed me
with thyroid exactly said hyperthyroidism. 👇
My parents couldn’t explain to my teachers why I’m secretly
eating in classes and have had hidden food under my class desk
and constantly brought home notes from teacher complaining about....very hyper
in Ph class, sometimes panic attacks from changes, ...concentration in garbage
etc...So they took me to doctor.
Well guess what... nothing changed in snacking 24/7 hahaha
Yes I do have excess sweating by exams hot weather or if I’m
nervous as hell, excessive hunger non stop, but I love food guys!!! Cold/heat
intolerance yes if your A.C. runs on 60 or 90,
My Behavior yes I can be very hyperactive, easy irritability sometimes specially if things not making sense to me, or restlessness very easily, because not that my brain runs a lot , but also I try do a lot at one time.
My Heart beats can be very fast heart rate so I’m not exercising cardio☝and also my love told me don't do it you can die, so I listen to him! But
I’m in retail so I run all day long without hurt my heart 😉
Mood: nervousness, or panic yes I do have also very slight
depression which are pretty normal, who doesn't feel sometimes down the road or unsatisfied with daily stuff?
Menstrual: irregular menstruation yes I had, but until I changed
my diet and now taking herbal supplements , because I have also medical condition which is not completely curable, so I have to take care of myself the best possible way....*can send information which one
Sleep: difficulty falling asleep or insomnia oh gosh big
time if I’m working till 10pm or getting up at 5am
Also hair loss yes with season change and self stress, but ones again changed diet, muscle
weakness Nop, problem gain weight yes very much , but also because I’m working
in retail so I’m always in move and no fast food eating, very rare occasionally
during road trips.
So I have been sins then on medication, I must admit I’m not
the best one in consistency to take these prescribed dosages from doctor, so
sometimes I took more or less, how ever i never really trusted doctors for good
reasons, experienced few incorrectly exams....
Funny thing is one time after I totally resisted take my
medication, because I wasn't feeling right ones I took my medication, I hade more issues then before so I went take blood test
and it was perfect, no low or high T4-T3 level. Only problem with D vitamin
which I got prescription for!
This happened to me twice already to have pretty good blood
exam for my thyroid without take any pills. And how the heck
doctor don’t even recognize the difference even after you say a word about it?And I feel better without medication, just saying.
I decided to take care of MYSELF! I want feel great, live
healthy and know I did my best ever towards myself.
For example-> I encourage myself start eating gluten free
as much as possible. Gluten is good for our body, but these days everything is so much preserve or processed chemically that's no longer serve our body and its not longer healthy its more chemicals then the food self, that's why many humans developing allergies, food intolerance etc..., no canola oil, egg very very rare, diary free products,
pork very limited, no soy, corn with caution.
I arming my diet more with-> apples, arugula,
asparagus, aloe vera, kale, radishes, watercrest, collard greens, broccoli, mustard greens, dates instead sugar, figs, fenel if I cook soup, lemons and limes, lettuce, mangoes, maple syrup ,nuts, onions and scallops, oranges, tangerines, papayas, pears, pomegranates, sea vegetables, avocados, bananas , berries, celery, coconut, garlic,
ginger, cucumber, cilantro, cauliflower, hemp, raw honey I prefer more then maple syrup, sesame seeds, spinach, sprouts and micro greens, squash, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, turmeric.
You don't have to eat every single listed item, but implement as many as much you can in your diet.

Supplement like -> zinc,B12 and B18, vit C, spirulina,
lemon balm in tea, barley, ashwagandha, magnesium, selenium, EPA and DHA, vit
D, cats claw, L-lysine, chaga mushroom, 5-MTHF, monolaurin, silver hydrosol, L-thyrosine, red alge, nettle leaf, bladderwrack, curcumin, chromium, manganese, elderberry, red clover, Siberian ginseng, star anise if I bake or cook apple compot, copper, rubidium, bacopa monnieri.

I think thyroid issues are very common and not completely
answered and nobody really can tell you. You always hear no way you will be
cured or will get better, or some doctors recommending surgeries.... okay got you, but I believe in SELF CARE and taking
thinks into my own hands if you not completely satisfied or tired of nonsenses.
Self care is number 1 must do and be!!!
In Czech we have saying : Clothing makes the person! So I say food and self care makes your body in this case.
Changing diet, life style is huge self developing tool and major positive changes to your health. Ones you decide take action it will pay off big time.
