You reap what you sow
I decide write this blog today, because i know and i feel like I should be reminding myself of my actions and thinking lately.
I have major changes in my life lately and yes i worked very hard for it to be there where I'm today and what i wanted. I'm so so grateful, thankful and very blessed to have this life. It includes my family, very few true friends and my new surroundings. Not everyone is or was ready to grow with me, which is ok. Maybe it wasn't their time or the circumstances. And i still want and will be supporting them💜
I have so many plans and visions to achieve, not only finish my cooking story book, but have my own little Gabs business , charities, animals shelters support and lots more. So stay tuned 😏
Lets talk today about NEGATIVITY which is huge daily struggle, isn't it?
How to remind positive?
What is your constant negativity? Your job is not going as you wish, not enough for spending, not trustful friends, or maybe family consistent issues? It could be anything and everything, isn't it?
By itself , constant negativity is not an indicator that a person is so troubled that they should be avoided or deal with differently.
But in the case of spirituality ill people, this behavior often accompanies.
When you come across this sort of excessive, persistent negativity, it's easier to just balance it out with your OWN behavior. Yes with OWN behavior and thinking.
Remind the person of positive things they're chosen to overlook and provide reassurances that things aren't as bad as they insist. Yes i know it's hard and sometimes we can't see it on the horizon. Honestly I'm dealing with every kind of negativity every day, but i always step back, take deep breath, look around, give it few seconds or even minute to re-think what i do, did or even said. And trust me I'm always finding out i could act differently, just it's so so nature to us act from feelings we have , but not brain-wise, as other would say cut off feelings and act business wise cold.
Do so with as cheerful and optimistic tone as possible, even if you're not successful at stopping the negativity being spread in that very moment, you're teaching the person that you'll no longer be a victim of this behavior. You will soon find that it will happen less and less as time goes by. You will be more happier then others, you will see achievements and more.
COMMAND the energy that surrounds you!
Most of us are naturally competitive creatures. It can feel as if we are submitting or being defeated when we don't stand up to certain people. Specially when we feel we've been wronged or not completely heared or maybe or words ware twisted.
But DO NOT fighting negativity with more negativity, is the almost always the best strategy.
Consider how humans, although physically much weaker than many animals, provoke a fearful reactions from even that largest beasts. Over time, almost every animal on earth has learned that while we may be small, we're formidable and should not be confronted.
If we were to meet a tiger on its own terms, with our teeth, our hands and our own strength, we'd surely lose in the confrontations! In order to prevail and remain safe and feed ourselves, we had to rely on our intelligence rather than physical force alone.
Likewise, when dealing with negative and very destructive people, we need to learn to use own tools, rather than resorting to using heirs. Does it make seans?
If you choose to do everything in your power to react to a negative experiences with positive response, your actions has an impact on your life as a whole! That is not just in the context of the single experience you're dealing with at the time.
The universe reflects back upon you that which you choose to project into it "YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW", essentially. And while positive actions are almost always their own rewards, you can be assured that patience, kindness, gracefulness, gratefulness and understanding will all be returned to you, if you choose to give those things freely.
ENGINEER your power surroundings to promote positivism , because we all knows that the environment plays huge part in your attitude. So with little choices you can make to engineer your attitude through your surroundings. Something like keeping cleanliness in your home, lighter colors shades and instances of vibrant colors on your walls, curtains, also your wardrobe as well. Good smelling rooms and even you-self, clean car, cozy corner of your home...
COMMIT yourself to being a positive force!!! All starts within you!!!
Yes of course you cant control all of the events they accure around you, or control all of whats said or done to you, but you ultimately DO have control over your own words and actions.
Take tangible and direct actions in the world. Volunteer, practice random acts of kindness, be charitable as much as you can afford to do so... Your actions will define your attitude and active role will changing the world around you for better, your outlook on people and the world as whole will change.
You have the power within you - not only to determine the nature of your own existence, but to influence the lives of others and the world as whole. Always remember the great saying:
