Sour milk cake

200g all pourpose flour
150g Gold Medal Wonder flour
200g sugar
1 dcl oil
2 tea spoon baking soda
2 table spoon cooking cocoa
0,5 l soure milk

I don't buy sour milk, but gain this milk  from left over milk who doesn't drink anymore at home(2 weeks old milk from store) and i do leave him 2 days on the kitchen board,get faster soure ;-)
Mix all ingredients together slowly and with love ;-) Put this dough into oiled large baking form.bake by 350F about 30min.Testing this dough with the stick,if  is stick clean without rest of dough then is cake ready to take out of oven.
After cooling cut in pieces and sprinkle with powder sugar.
