Apple bread pudding *žemlovka*

4-5 eggs,
sugar
8-10 white rolls (replacement in America is a white baguette,2 of it) 
milk
butter for greasing baking form
500g soft curd  (16 oz sour cream or more if u like)
20 g raisins  (variation ,may not be for those who do not like)
50 g nuts
cinnamon
5-7 apples

So first what we do is cutting to 1cm strong bread wheel, grate the apples, cut the nuts in small pieces,buttered baking form.

Repeat the process if you have a deep baking form, I do 2 layers of apples,but one layer is good to.
Baking form shut be not full to the edge,pudding acquired volume by baking!!!
Bake for 45-60-min by 180C (350F) to gold brown.
